The service is unbelievably good, from the moment you arrive at the door to your room; they even remembered it was our anniversary. The location is convenient for business travelers but lacks vibrant local amenities. The dining experience was average with limited options. Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service and decent facilities.

The spa was a highlight, offering a truly rejuvenating experience. However, the separate facilities for men and women could be inconvenient for couples wanting to enjoy certain amenities together. The location had excellent security and lobby entrance, but the loud music may be off-putting when there are few guests around.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, although some noise from traffic could be heard even with the balcony door shut. The comfort level was high, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. On a positive note, the hotel staff knew it was our anniversary.
